Everyone joins NASMM as a Provisional member. Whether you're in the business planning/start-up phase of your Move Management business or already own an established business, you will join NASMM as a Provisional member.
Provisional membership gives you access to most NASMM member benefits EXCEPT 1) the use of the NASMM logo; 2) a listing on the NASMM consumer Find A Senior Move Manager page; and 3) voting privileges.
There is no deadline for completion of membership requirements. However, most NASMM Provisional Members convert to Professional Membership within a few months.
NASMM membership dues are $429 annually. NASMM accepts all major credit cards.
No. NASMM is first and foremost a membership organization. You may obtain NASMM’s Senior Move Manager~Certified designation through advanced course work and proof of forty (40) invoiced projects. Yes! Your membership in NASMM will change as your business evolves. You may update your membership profile information at any time. Simply list "To Be Determined" in the "Company Name" field of the NASMM membership application.
Yes, you may join NASMM without general business liability insurance. NASMM offers an insurance program that is available to you immediately upon joining. You will receive the contact information after submitting your membership application.
Each owner of your company must purchase and complete the Cornerstone Courses.
No. Once your membership application is processed, you will receive a welcome email providing you with access to the courses, along with other important information. You must be logged in as a member to purchase the courses. Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement for each course.
Allow five (5) business days for NASMM to process your application and confirm your membership. NASMM confirms all membership via e-mail.
No, you will have access to the logo upon completing all of the NASMM membership requirements.
