Course Description

The ICD Clutter-Hoarding Scale has attained international popularity and is being used throughout the US in court proceedings and other state and county agencies for the purpose of identifying the environmental impact clutter might have on a residential or professional dwelling. This information packed class will provide attendees with the knowledge necessary to understand and utilize the Scale wherever the need is appropriate.

Presenter Bio

Sheila Delson, CPO-CD® is an ICD Level V Master Trainer and ICD co-founder and served over eight years on the NSGCD Board of Directors. She is also a past president and co-developer of the ICD certification program, as well as past certification director. Sheila is one of the original co-authors of the Clutter-Hoarding Scale and is a 2008 Judith Kolberg Award recipient.

Now in her 20th year as a professional organizer, her client base represents approximately 95% CD clients, of which approximately 60% are of the hoarding population. Besides hands-on, she provides Virtual Organizing services to clients throughout the US and offers a VO training program for Professional Organizers as well. Sheila is also an active NAPO member and the recent recipient of the 2013 NAPO Founder's Award.
