This agreement is between the Board of Directors of the National Association of Senior Move Managers [hereinafter "NASMM"] and the above named Course Participant.
This agreement specifies the issues of ownership and rights of use the NASMM FrontDoor training program.
All copyrights, patents, designs and other intellectual property rights in or relating to any course materials provided or made available in connection with the FrontDoor training course remain the sole property of the "NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SENIOR MOVE MANAGERS (NASMM)."
No part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language, without the prior written permission of the "NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SENIOR MOVE MANAGERS (NASMM)." The only exclusions to this requirement are the materials in the File Library, provided by NASMM expressly for customization and duplication by the Course Participant.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, NASMM and the Course Participant have executed this Agreement on the dates indicated below. There are no refunds for the FrontDoor Training Program.
