HomeZada Announces Its Mobile App for Professionals
HomeZada is excited to announce the release of its new HomeZada Professional Mobile app. The new app has a fresh new user interface and is easy to navigate. Professional users can create new properties and take a complete home inventory including itemized lists, photos, documents and more. Professionals can also transfer a property to your client, and we recently introduced a "sharing" feature where you and your homeowner client can access the same property at the same time. Tracking a home inventory can be used for estate planning, moving, and insurance purposes or just being aware of the property contents to help your clients make good decisions regarding their homes.

The new mobile app can manage an unlimited number of different properties for different clients and it gives the Professional the ability to create their own mobile ad displayed to their clients. In addition, the Professional app gives the user the ability to transfer a complete digital copy directly to their client or to share the property with their client in a real time mobile to mobile method that helps support an ongoing professional service. Both Apple and Android apps are available. If you do not have an Apple or Android phone, do not worry, a mobile web version is available to you also. Contact Elizabeth Dodson at 916-467-8007 for more information.

Her father has since died, but Curry's mother recently broke her hip, has had mini strokes and is showing signs of dementia. Curry anticipates having to move her to an assisted living facility and this time she's planning to hire a senior move manager." Read more.

Long-Term Care in America: Expectations and Preferences for Care and Caregiving
Results from the 2016 Long-Term Care trends poll finds that confidence in the ability to finance long-term care has slightly increased over the past few years yet remains low overall among Americans age 40 and older. Age-old Questions
