Mary Kay Buysse, MS, is NASMM's (Co) Executive Director since 2006. Mary Kay guides membership recruitment, retention, education and program development, and day-to-day operations for NASMM.

With a Master of Science degree in Gerontology, Mary Kay has worked in the non-profit, association sector of aging services for over two decades.

Jennifer Pickett, is NASMM's Associate (Co) Executive Director since 2006. Jennifer oversees the day-to-day operations of NASMM. Additionally, she guides membership services, as well as the development, marketing, and promotion of NASMM products, programs and services. She also oversees NASMM's creative work and NASMM's Annual Conference & Expo. 

Jennifer has worked in the non-profit segment of aging services association management for nearly 3 decades. She has over 30 years non-profit management expertise and brings over 35 years of marketing, creative and event planning experience to NASMM.
