Now a highly anticipated standard at the NASMM conference, we are pleased to once again host NASMM's annual "Ask the Senior Move Manager" panel at NASMM 2018. By popular demand, we are adding a second Ask the Senior Move Manager session this year! During our time together, you'll enjoy a front row seat as we pose hard-hitting and provocative questions to our invited group of experienced NASMM members.

Our dynamo panel will candidly answer questions on a wide range of Senior Move Management issues. Barry Izsak — of Arranging It All in Austin, TX — serves as our engaging expert moderator. On back-to-back days, Barry will lead us through a delightful hour packed with information, tips and stories. Also new this year is the opportunity at each of the two Ask the SMM sessions for live Q & A from the audience!

Reaching out can push the arrow in your favor, especially when a client is hesitant to make a decision.

You have two choices: You can follow up in a way that makes customers perceive you as brash and annoying ... or you can follow up in a way that is gracious, elegant, and time-effective. Which do you prefer?

Judy Garmaise will share the secrets to artful (and strategic!) follow up that will help you close more sales and make more money — all while keeping your older adult clients happy and satisfied.

Judy has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing. Early in her sales career, she noticed that her income would skyrocket once she committed to practicing solid follow up techniques. Later, as the owner of JB Tucker, Inc., a thriving recruiting firm for software sales management in New York, Judy applied her follow up skills to successfully place high-powered professionals and negotiate the best employment terms for her clients.

Today Judy trains business professionals in a variety of fields, including financial, retail, real estate and many more. She coaches professionals at all levels — from managerial to sales to customer service. By providing candid, insightful education on the power of follow up, Judy empowers individuals and businesses to be profitable, successful market leaders while maintaining integrity and trust.

Judy holds a Bachelor degree from Boston University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University in New York. Judy is a certified social worker in addition to being a leading speaker and educator.

You'll be matched up prior to NASMM 2018 via web-based results that address levels of experience and personal topic preferences. You'll then receive a customized itinerary to ensure you make the most of your exciting Speed Networking experience.

Talk to a new individual every five (5) minutes (& bring business cards!), then change networking partners to meet the next person. No worries — our professional facilitator will provide all timing cues and directions!
