WHAT'S INCLUDED

Your NASMM 2017 conference rate includes:

  • All education sessions
  • Breakfast on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • Lunch on Friday
  • All conference materials
  • Thursday & Friday evening receptions
  • Cash bars and light hors d'oeuvres will be available at all evening social functions.

The Pre-Conference Intensive workshops require an additional fee.

The Guest rate includes access to the NASMM Marketplace and Resource Center and the meal/social functions outlined above. Guests are not permitted to attend educational sessions.

 

CONCURRENT EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS

  • We do not require you to pre-register for or pre-select concurrent breakout sessions.
  • Seating for concurrent education breakout sessions is first-come, first-served.
  • Seating is limited.
  • Arrive early for sessions you wish to attend.
  • Most concurrent breakout sessions will be recorded (audio).

Recordings of most sessions will be available for purchase on site and after the conference.

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

  • To take advantage of the Advance Registration Deadline, your registration must be received by September 15, 2016.
  • Attendees registering between between September 16 and December 1, can take advantage of Early Bird Rates.
  • If your registration is received between December 1, 2016 and February 1, 2017, you must pay the regular conference rate.
  • If you are unable to register by February 1, 2017, you must register on site. An additional $25.00 per person will be charged for on-site registrations.
  • No registrations will be accepted at the NASMM office after February 1, 2017.

SUBSTITUTIONS

  • There is no charge for substitutions if changes are received in the NASMM office by February 1, 2017. All substitutions must be made in writing.
  • Any substitutions made after February 1, 2017 must be made on site and will be charged an administrative fee of $25.00 per substitution.

 

REFUND POLICY

  • Absolutely no refunds will be made after February 1, 2017.
  • Cancellations prior to December 1 will receive a refund, less a 25% administrative fee based on the total cancelled registration fee.
  • Cancellations received between December 2 and January 1 will be refunded less a 35% administrative fee based on the total cancelled registration fee.
  • Cancellations received between January 2 and February 1 will be refunded less a 40% administrative fee based on the total cancelled registration fee.
  • Request for refunds MUST be received in writing. NASMM cannot refund conference fees if you cannot attend the conference due to inclement weather.

CONFIRMATION POLICY

All pre-registered attendees will receive an email confirmation immediately upon registering online. If you do not receive a confirmation, please do not assume you are pre-registered.

 

SPECIAL NEEDS

  • Please contact NASMM to arrange for special needs.
  • NASMM can make reasonable accommodations for individuals with dietary restrictions.
  • Please check the appropriate box on the registration form if you have dietary restrictions.
  • All dietary needs must be addressed prior to December 1, 2016.

 

WHAT TO WEAR

  • We encourage you to dress casually for all NASMM conference activities. March weather in Indianapolis varies with temperatures ranging between the mid – upper 50s during the day and mid to high 30s in the evening.
  • Don't be caught unprepared — sometimes it is warmer or cooler than you prefer. Please consider wearing layered clothing for your own comfort.
