Your conference rate covers all education sessions, breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, conference materials, and the receptions on Sunday and Monday and the After-Glow Reception on Tuesday. Cash bars will be available at all evening social functions.

Special Needs
Please contact NASMM to make arrangements for special needs. Additionally, for those with dietary restrictions, reasonable accommodations can be made. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form if you have dietary restrictions. All dietary needs must be addressed prior to December 14, 2012.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be made after January 4, 2013. Cancellations prior to January 4, 2013 will receive a refund, less a $75 administrative fee, per attendee. NASMM cannot refund conference fees if you cannot attend the conference due to inclement weather.
